to make the right investment decision; we develop the best possible
solutions as well as advise and give support during planning and
implementation of the project. We are a private Polish developer
company.
We operate in Poland and on the international market. Our
infrastructural projects have been realised in Central and Eastern
Europe and potentially we may operate in Asia and the Middle
East.
We have long experience in organising and implementing real estate
and infrastructural construction projects. During the last twenty
years we have completed projects of office space, hotels, banks,
commercial and infrastructural facilities of a total value
exceeding 2.5 billion EUR.
Our team consists of highly skilled and qualified experts in the
areas of economics, civil engineering and law, with solid
experience from the Polish and international environment. In order
to have access to the most reliable information which will have an
impact on investment decisions made by our customers we work with
many different partners along each step of the process: recognised
firms and institutions from Polish and international investment,
