ISO 9001
On April 5, 2001 following the positive outcome of the control
lead by the company Bureau Veritas Quality International, NDI was
given the ISO 9001:1994 certificate proving the accuracy of our
quality system.
Aiming to maintain the high quality of our services, our company
applied the improved and certified Quality Managing System, in
accordance with the expectations of the ISO 9001:2000
certificate.
- Within the range of the certificate:
- development work - the complexed organization of investment processes,
- the general realization of construction and installation work and the general realization of the investment
- Property service in the range of managing, administrating and rotation of the properties
- real estate management, administration and brokerage.
The main goal of our quality policy is securing the company's
position on the investment, development and property service
markets through the high standards of our services.
The acquired ISO 9001 certificate is
just one of the steps on the road to a better and fuller way of
meeting and fulfilling the needs of our current and future
clients.
Quality Policy
NNDI S.A. concentrates on actions involving quality tied with the permanently perfected Quality Management System created on requirements enclosed within ISO 9001 standards.

Taking care of our client doesn't limit to reliably following and finishing the contract signed by NDI, it also mean maintaining good relations with all co-working companies and clients individually.

The Polish Construction Employers' Union
NDI is a member of the Polish Construction Employers' Union since June 1sr, 2007.
The main task of the union is creating rules of reliable actions, work ethics and business honesty within economical activity. The PCEU is an association organizing different kinds of construction companies. The members are known as reliable companies with a secured position on the market assuring legal safety and maintaining a good economic and financial situation.
