The NDI group contains almost 30 national and international subjects, either as joint stock companies or with limited liability.
The group's companies can be divided into two basic kinds of companies: capital investment companies, founded to take a direct or indirect part in the projects organized by NDI, in which NDI engages financially, as well as service companies, where the work is organized to help the investing.
Investment companies are often companies tied to the realized
objects within NDI's development projects as well as companies with
a low capital, founded during the development process led by NDI,
and their capitalization takes place during this process.
The service companies range of work includes the services tied to
the preparation, realization as well as the managing of the
property. In this category of companies we can also find subjects
tied to the non-core business.
