In 1995 Nederpol Development & Investment Ltd. changed its legal status to joint stock company (Nederpol Development & Investment SA).

Construction of the Puławska Financial Centre in Warsaw rozwiń
We initiated cooperation with the Belgian NV Besix Group in the first major project where we had a role as a developer and general contractor.
Since then, having been involved in many other projects, we have significantly increased the scope of our activities and at present we provide comprehensive and professional services covering all phases of the construction process. - 1998
Beginning of the TUiR WARTA project in Warsaw rozwiń
We began construction of a modern A class office building for TUiR Warta SA headquarters and office space for rental. The building was put into operation in 2000.
In the project we were responsible for its restructuring and for financial engineering; we also acted as the investor's representative.
